Terms and Conditions – Jean Lowndes Art Shop

Welcome to the Jean Lowndes online shop. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By buying from our shop, you agree to these terms.

  1. Unique Artwork

Each piece of artwork sold through our shop is unique and one-of-a-kind. Once purchased, an artwork cannot be bought again by anyone else.

  1. Ordering and Payment

All purchases must be completed through our online checkout. Payment is accepted via the methods provided at checkout.

  1. Shipping
  • Orders are shipped using An Post, both within Ireland and internationally Shipping typically takes approximately 7 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor delivery.
  • An Post’s Track and Trace service can ship packages up to a combined length and girth of 3 metres. For artwork that exceeds these dimensions, I arrange delivery via a suitable courier service, in agreement with the client and Jean Lowndes Art. In such cases, the client is responsible for any additional courier costs and insurance, which are paid directly to Jean Lowndes Art, and we will organise the shipment.
  • For international orders, payment is accepted exclusively through PayPal.
  1. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our artwork:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping.
  • If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
  1. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure that artwork images on our website are accurate, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Jean Lowndes Art Shop is not liable for any variations in colour or appearance.

  1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Jean Lowndes. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the shop constitutes acceptance of any changes.
